Dr. David Paik has served patients of all ages in downtown Vancouver since beginning his career in 2009.  Alongside Dr Baker, he has been an assistant clinical professor of family medicine with the University of Washington for over a decade. With the experience of teaching medical students as well as residents, he has worked in various settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital and nursing home.  David grew up in Southern California, went to UC Santa Barbara as an undergraduate and finished medical school at Loma Linda University.  He believes that true healing comes by understanding the whole person and enjoys getting to know his patients and their families.

He has joined Dr. Baker oversees on international medical mission trips and volunteers regularly at New Heights Free Clinic. He is also the medical director of a pregnancy resource center in Washougal, WA.

David enjoys hiking, seeing a good movie, reading thought provoking books and listening to podcasts but above all else loves spending time with his wife of 10 years and three small children.
