November is a time to reflect on what we’re thankful for, spend time with loved ones, and prioritize our health. At Main Street Family Medicine, we are especially grateful for the trust you place in us to care for you and your family!

November is National Lung Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about prevention, early detection, and screening. Lung cancer screening with a low-dose CT scan is recommended for eligible individuals at high risk. Talk with your healthcare provider to learn whether screening is right for you. Early detection can save lives!

We also recognize National Direct Primary Care Day on November 1! We are thankful to be part of a healthcare model that prioritizes personalized, relationship-based care. If you have friends or family looking for a more personal approach to healthcare, we would love to welcome them to Main Street Family Medicine. Encourage them to reach out to our team to learn more about becoming a member!

A quick reminder: Beginning December 1, 2026, our lab draw fee and medication dispensing fee will each be $4. These updates help us continue providing exceptional, personalized care while keeping up with rising healthcare costs. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy holiday. We are so thankful to be part of this community and to care for you and your families.
