December at Main Street Family Medicine: Holiday Updates & Healthy Opportunities
The holiday season is here, and all of us at Main Street Family Medicine want to wish our MSFM families a warm, joyful, and healthy Christmas! We’re grateful for the trust you place in us throughout the year, and we hope this season brings peace, rest, and time with people you love.
As we head into the holidays, please take note of our upcoming office closures:
December 24 – Closing early at 12:30 PM
December 25 – Closed
December 26 – Closed
January 1 – Closed
Even during closures, an on-call provider will still be available by phone if you need support.
We’re also celebrating some exciting accomplishments on our team this month! Lindsey completed her first ultramarathon, and Sarah took first place in her age group in the 3 Sisters Skyline half marathon. We’re proud of their hard work and commitment to health — both in and outside the clinic.
Looking ahead, our Full Plate Living Group Class returns this January. This high-fiber, whole-food lifestyle program is a great way to reset your health for the new year and is included with MSFM membership. Classes will be held Tuesdays from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, January 13 through March 3, right here in the MSFM conference room. If you’re ready for encouragement, practical tools, and simple habits to support healthier eating, we’d love to have you join us!
Our March Book Club series is also returning, using Atomic Habits to help you build meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. Meetings run Wednesdays from 3:30–4:30 PM, March 4–25, 2026. Let staff know if you’d like to sign up — space is limited.
Thank you for being part of our Main Street Family Medicine community. We’re honored to care for you and your family, and we look forward to walking alongside you in the new year!
