This September, we’re helping families stay healthy as the school year gets underway at Main Street Family Medicine. From cold and flu prevention to healthy eating habits, we’re here to support your family every step of the way!

Back-to-school season often brings sniffles and sore throats—but a few healthy habits can make a big difference. Wash your hands often, cover coughs and sneezes, and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands. Regular exercise can even lower your risk of catching a cold by up to 40%! And don’t forget—flu vaccines are now available for adults at Main Street Family Medicine, with pediatric vaccines coming soon. Getting your flu shot is the best way to protect yourself and your family this fall.

We also want to let you know about an upcoming membership fee update effective November 1, 2025. This adjustment helps us continue providing the high-quality, personalized care you’ve come to expect. As a thank-you, we’re offering a 10% discount on your first month when you switch your payment method to a bank account. If you have

questions, give us a call at (360) 474-5904—we’re happy to help.

Looking for a healthy reset this fall? Our Full Plate Living group class is back! This high-fiber, whole-food approach makes it easy to add more fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds into your meals. Join us on Wednesdays from 3:30–4:30 PM, September 24–November 19, right here in the MSFM conference room.

Thank you, as always, for being part of our MSFM community. Whether you’re keeping your family healthy during cold season or building new habits this fall, we’re here to walk alongside you!
